Delivery & returns

What is confirmed, what is planned, and what happens after you place an order. Nothing here is final until the live store opens — we would rather tell you that than guess.

The current position

Delivery: Delivery areas, timelines and costs are being confirmed with the shop. Once the live store opens, your order confirmation will state the delivery window before payment is taken.
Pickup: A counter pickup option is planned. No pickup address has been confirmed yet, so please do not travel to any location on the strength of this preview.
Payment: Mobile money (MTN, Airtel) and card payments are planned through Pesapal. This preview does not collect a payment, a PIN or card details.
Returns & faults: The returns policy is being written. As a starting position: if an item arrives damaged or does not match its specification, contact us with the QS reference from the product page and we will make it right.

Placing an order

The checkout in this preview walks through the real flow but stops before any payment. No order is created, nothing is charged and no delivery is scheduled.
